AMMOORA

Ammoora brings a refined interpretation of Levantine culture to a reimagined 5,000-square-foot restaurant space. Working in collaboration with LUUA Design Studio and the restaurant’s ownership, Twopoint helped transform a former tenant’s layout into an immersive dining environment that blends Syrian tradition with a sophisticated, contemporary aesthetic.

Guests arrive through a front bar and lounge defined by soft, curving walls and perimeter banquettes surrounding a central bar. A patterned screen corridor—drawing from Levantine geometry—guides guests past the open kitchen before revealing the grand dining room. Inspired by a Syrian courtyard, this double-height space balances openness and intimacy, with arched alcoves and banquettes offering more secluded seating. The reconfigured kitchen supports the chef’s workflow and specialty equipment, while hand-sourced Syrian furnishings and mother-of-pearl inlaid pieces add authentic cultural detail.

Layered lighting, warm natural tones, and rich textures create an inviting atmosphere that celebrates hospitality. Reworked ceiling recesses, mirrored panels, and cove lighting enhance the volume and drama of the space. The result is a dining experience where every element harmonizes with the flavors, traditions, and generosity of Levantine cuisine.
