BAILEY SCATTERED SITE PHASES IV

Phases 1 and 2 produced 14 units, including three- and four-bedroom homes. Phase 3 will explore duplexes within the same design vocabulary. Phase 4 builds on this progression with the design of three scattered-site single-family public housing units. Two of these homes are fully ADA-compliant and are thoughtfully integrated into an established, owner-occupied neighborhood, bringing economic diversity and providing residents with access to transportation, schools, and healthy food options.
