DOURON COMMERCIAL INTERIORS’ OFFICE

The studio was hired to renovate an existing warehouse into the corporate headquarters for Douron Commercial Interiors. The project included a new entry feature and a 3,000 SF addition clad in metal panels and glass curtain wall, highlighting the interior showroom and offices. The interior design embraced a concept of “organized chaos” to showcase Douron’s furniture products while providing flexibility for future growth in both personnel and product lines.

Lechleiter worked closely with Arris to integrate the exterior façade with the interior concept and coordinated the design and installation of a feature “pallet wall” by artist Lisa Kaliczak. She collaborated throughout design and execution to ensure a seamless connection between the addition and existing structure, supporting smooth workflow and circulation within the building.
