FABIOLA CRUZ BALLARDO,
ASSOC. AIA
Fabiola is an architectural designer with experience in residential architecture, interiors, and urban design. Originally from Peru, her passion for traveling and exploring new cultures has led her to experience architecture from different perspectives and backgrounds. After finishing her postmaster’s in architecture and urban design in the Netherlands, she returned to the United States to work on residential and socially conscious projects.
As an AIA Associate and a member of the College of Architects of Peru, Fabiola has built and led projects in the United States and Peru, applying her multi-disciplinary experience to them. Outside of the office, Fabiola likes volunteering, dancing, and enjoying nice walks in the city.
Fabiola enjoys working on urban redevelopment projects like Valley St. in Baltimore. She values the collaborative process of coordinating with the many disciplines involved—like architectural historians and structural engineers—and focuses on listening carefully to the needs of the clients and experts, while paying extra careful attention to detail.
