Located in the Hampden neighborhood of Baltimore, Flamingo Place introduces 47 new homes into a highly desirable community known for its walkability, transit access, and proximity to everyday amenities. The development includes a three-story apartment building with seventeen one-bedroom units and 30 townhouses, organized in blocks to foster connection among residents and create a pedestrian-friendly environment.
Completed in 2022, Flamingo Place delivers affordable housing opportunities within a neighborhood where access to healthy food, strong public schools, and vibrant culture is abundant. The project was financed through the 9% LIHTC program, with Twopoint’s role as a certified WBE in Baltimore City contributing to the achievement of WBE participation goals.
Twopoint collaborated with Quinn Evans Architects during the early design phases and led Construction Administration through project completion. The result is a thoughtfully designed community that balances affordability, efficiency, and neighborhood integration, offering residents the benefits of both quality housing and a strong sense of place.
