As of July 1, 2018, K. Lechleiter Architect, LLC will begin to operate as Twopoint Studio, LLC. This name change reflects our growth with the addition of David Lopez, AIA, LEED AP, principal of LED BETTER STUDIO.

Founded on September 9, 2002; we specialize in architecture and interior design in both the housing and commercial markets. We have been a certified woman owned business (WBE) in the City of Baltimore and State of Maryland for over 13 years. With over 30 years of practice, our housing experience includes market rate, affordable, transitional, and special needs populations -- with both new construction and historic preservation. With David Lopez joining our team, our breadth of work now includes larger multi-family housing and commercial development including mixed-use commercial and craft breweries.

As a company, we are committed to the city, its efforts towards revitalization, and community development.
