After years without a permanent home, Greenspring Brewing Company found its next chapter in partnership with Greenstreet Gardens, a farm-based nursery in Lothian, Maryland. Twopoint Studio had previously explored two potential locations with the brewery in downtown North Beach, but when those plans didn’t materialize, this new collaboration offered a site rich with opportunity.

The 4,200-square-foot brewery and taproom is part of a larger campus that supports Greenstreet’s retail and greenhouse operations. Designed to capitalize on the growing farm-brewery wedding trend, the venue can host events of up to 500 guests, with flexible indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.

Architecturally, the new brewery and tasting room echo the form and materials of the existing farm and retail buildings. A connecting canopy links the two primary structures, establishing a shared entry point and serving as a transition to the rear beer garden and outdoor plant sales area. This connection not only unifies the campus but frames the arrival experience, welcoming visitors into both the brewery and the nursery.
