New construction of 47 units including seventeen 1-BR units in a three-story apartment building and 30 townhouses located in the Hampden neighborhood. The design of the units are blocked in order to create a community feel with a walkable environment designed for efficiency.

Completed in 2022, this property provides affordable units in a highly prized neighborhood with abundant amenities including, transportation, availability of healthy foods and strong public schools. Financed through the 9% LIHTC program, Twopoint’s engagement assisted in the project’s ability to meet WBE goals as a certified WBE in Baltimore City. Twopoint worked with Quinn Evans Architects in early design stages and completed Construction Administration for the full project.
