JOHNSTON SQUARE PHASE III

Located in the Johnston Square neighborhood, the 700 block of East Preston included 18 units renovated to LEED for Homes Silver and Energy Star 3.0 standards. The exterior facades were restored to their original character, including brick fronts,  large double-hung windows, decorative cornices, and marble stoops. In addition, tree pits along Preston and the greening of a vacant adjacent lot with a building mural complete the beautification of this neighborhood.
