Located in the heart of downtown Bel Air, Maryland, 5 N. Main Street stands as a revived icon with deep historical roots. Originally opened in the early 1920s as The Argonne Theatre, the building once seated nearly 1,000 patrons and served as a cultural anchor for the community.
The transformation of this historic building into a modern, flexible coworking space was the result of a close collaboration between Twopoint Studio and LUUA. Twopoint Studio served as the Architect of Record, providing essential code review, compliance oversight, and coordination between the structural framework and the interior fit-out. LUUA led the interior design, crafting a vibrant and adaptable environment that reflects today’s evolving ways of working. The reimagined space now spans three stories of flexible office suites, accommodating freelancers, small teams, and remote professionals who can rent by the day, week, or month. The building has become a one-stop shop for remote workers with a state-of-the art integrated podcast studio ready for professional recording and the modern, bright and inviting CoffeeBar on the first floor.
